HANOI, Feb 9 (Bernama) — The World Bank (WB) will provide Laos with US$46.5 million to help the country boost development in education, environment, and energy and mines sectors, China’s Xinhua news agency reported, citing Lao newspaper the Vientiane Times Tuesday.
