   if  this funded is strong enough to created jobs for lao people and generate more money to  support our country economy i don’t have a problem with it.our counrty needs to rebuilt and  prosper from these thing.however i do strongly support this to be only for the people of laos not for the government run purpose.if government stay out and let the people decided.the ball would be in the people’s favor.They need jobs,school,and health care just like us.

   I think they are looking for oil. There are too many drinking water wells in Laos already. Almost every district have at least one, sometime more.
