Laos, Thailand, Vietnam Begin Cross-Border Transportation

Laos, Thailand and Vietnam recently began implementing their Cross Border Transport Agreement, allowing Vietnamese and Thai trucks to proceed directly to the final destinations in each other’s country via Route 9 in Laos. (English and Lao descriptions)
