Source: Yahoo News Nhan Dan – Vietnam’s Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and Laos’ Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare have signed a memorandum of understanding on co-operation between the two ministries in the coming time, following the talks in the Lao province of Luang Prabang.
